When we called to inquire about the charge, we were told that one of our rooms (409) had a broken headboard. As we were on our way home my husband notices a charge on his credit card for $1,300. My biggest problem lies with their shady business practices. a liner for the ice bucket, hand soap in the bathroom, sheets and covers for the pull-out sofa). Our rooms were spacious and our stay was comfortable, although I had to go downstairs to the front desk several times for items that should have been in our room (i.e. The hotel seemed pretty clean and stylish.
